Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Yuri collects, how it is used, and the choices available to server administrators and members. Yuri is designed to collect the minimum data necessary to provide its features.

Depending on which features are enabled, Yuri may store:

• Discord user IDs and server IDs, used to apply command cooldowns
• Server configuration set by administrators, such as disabled commands
• Temporary command parameters (e.g. the user mentioned in an /rp command) needed to generate a response

Yuri does not read or store the content of regular messages beyond what is required to process a command in real time.

Data is used to:

• Provide and operate the features you enable
• Apply cooldowns to roleplay and rating commands to prevent spam
• Diagnose issues and improve reliability

We do not sell user data to third parties.

Image and gif commands rely on third-party APIs and content providers (for example, image hosting and meme aggregation services). These requests are made to fetch content and do not include your Discord identity. Yuri's hosting infrastructure is provided by standard cloud service providers.

Server-related configuration is retained while Yuri remains in a server. Removing Yuri from a server schedules its associated configuration data for deletion. Command cooldown data expires automatically and is not retained long-term.

You can:

• Ask a server administrator to remove Yuri, which schedules deletion of server configuration data
• Disable specific commands or categories through server configuration to limit data collection
• Contact the support server with any data-related questions or requests

Yuri is intended for use in accordance with Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect additional information from users below the age required by Discord's Terms of Service.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the support server. Continued use of Yuri after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
