By inviting Yuri to a Discord server, or by using any of Yuri's commands or features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Yuri.

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including any applicable age requirements, to use Yuri. Server administrators are responsible for ensuring Yuri is configured in line with their community's rules and local laws.

Yuri is provided for use within Discord servers as an entertainment, roleplay, and utility tool. You may not use Yuri to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Distribute malware, spam, or unsolicited advertising
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users
• Use roleplay or rating commands to target users without their consent
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt Yuri's services

Yuri stores limited data necessary to provide its features, such as command cooldown timestamps and any settings configured by server administrators. Details on what is collected and how it is used are described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep Yuri available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through the support server.

We may suspend or terminate Yuri's access to a server, or to a specific user, if these Terms or Discord's policies are violated. Server administrators may remove Yuri from their server at any time.

Yuri is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Yuri, including content returned by image or roleplay commands.
